Easter- Part 1

We hope you all had a wonderful Easter weekend! Our Easter was a little tricky between windy weather, a sick Levi, and early Church on Sunday. I snuck off to Church early to play the piano, while Matt stayed home with the sick one and his little brother (it's hard to tell from the pictures, but Levi was still running a fever at this point. He caught a tummy bug over the weekend that seemed to linger on and off until this morning). Then, he loaded up the kids to come to Church to teach and I went home with the boys. At that point, Levi had realized it was Easter and that the Easter bunny had not come. We let him think that maybe the Easter bunny didn't know where his new house was. Sunday seems to be the best day to monitor the progress of the house, so like we usually do, we headed off down the street to the house after Dad got home from Church. (Dad set up an Easter egg hunt and left the boys' baskets there on his way home). Levi was SO happy! They had fun finding all the eggs (and it was nice to be sheltered from the wind). The boys got lots of treats and some new books and movies. Weston was really getting into the egg hunt, too. No one needed to show that little boy what to do, and he fought off Levi for his fair share of eggs once he found out they had jelly beans inside!
