Baja Mexico Cruise

Matt & I were lucky enough to take a cruise a couple of weeks ago (when he finally got a break from school)! Levi got to stay and be spoiled by his Grandparents & Aunt Myke up in Joseph City while we were away, and he apparently loved every minute of it. Sharon would call just to make sure I knew he wasn't missing us at all! :) Well, we missed him lots and were excited to see him after those 5 days were up (in fact, I fought back tears the entire 3-hour drive from Joseph City down to the Valley when we left him to catch our flight- Matt wasn't sure if I was going to be able to make it!) By the way, thanks again guys for taking care of Levi for us!
We ended up having a really great time- I felt like honeymooners again! (In fact, several crew members referred to us as honeymooners.) We spent lots of time relaxing & being waited on, spending time at the beach in port, doing a little shopping in Mexico (I was a pretty good haggler, I'm impressed with myself), we snorkeled in Catalina and also saw a ton of dolphins and some really cute sea lions while we were out. The food was awesome and we definitely ate our fair share, if not more!! (On a cruise you eat 'til your sleepy, and sleep 'til your hungry, right?!!) Now that we're back to the busy mess of our life, I'm so glad that we were able to take a break, relax, recharge, & reconnect!
