Handy Weston, Farewell Tracy, & the Hole!

We are working on a little project to start trying to make our new house a home...(pictures coming), and Weston was so interested in helping. He wanted to do just what Daddy was doing.

His favorite part was putting the nails in his mouth. We stopped that pretty quickly, but only after getting a picture! We are so sad that this little lady went off and left us for 18 months, but so proud of her decision to serve a mission. She will be teaching and serving in Calgary, Canada - good luck, Tracy! She got to come and spend the weekend with us before she took off, and we would so glad to have her. Weston still walks around the house looking for his Aunt Tracy.

We have a hole in our backyard. It's required to pass inspection so that water drains there instead of on our neighbor's stone wall. It has become the funnest part of our yard. Levi rushes outside after he gets home from school to play in the hole. His favorite part is filling it up with water...can we say muddy mess!!
The hose in the backyard was not long enough, so engineer Levi found a similar-diameter tube that was part of a pump that would work as an extension...so funny!

He's gonna miss this hole when we finally fill it in, but at least he's having lots of fun for now!
